The Awesome Mums’ Brunch Club is a community of brilliant people who support each other through the ups and downs of parenting.
The main purposes of the group are to help break down the stigma surrounding maternal mental health and signpost mums on ways to support themselves or seek extra help if needed, as it affects a huge percentage of women.
