How about trying something fresh and different for children aged 6-11yrs?! At Maker Day Fun, we pride ourselves in bringing original, fun and educational activities to children and young people. As with most other businesses, we’ve had to take the fun online for the time being but that means everyone can get involved no matter where you are. Have some fun, learn new skills and meet friends from all around the country, all from the comfort of your living room!!
We’ve called our next online event ‘Enter Stage Right’ and we cant wait to tell you about it!
The session will be in two parts.
The first involves children using STEM principles to construct a small stage from common household materials. Plans and instructions are included in a pack sent via email and there is a YouTube tutorial which the kids can follow to enable them to work independently.
The second half involves an online session at which your child will get to meet other children nationally and play fun games through which they’ll collaboratively develop ideas for a short group animation. They’ll then create animations together, using the stages they’ve constructed as the backdrop.
The session promises to be fun, original, engaging and a bit different!

Places are limited to ensure each child can get fully involved so please book early to avoid disappointment.
We know that the pandemic means times are hard for a lot of families. We want as many children as possible to be able to take part in our session so are offering early bird discounts whereby a session will cost just £12 if booked before 30th January 2021.
Ticket costs are per household NOT per child and a household can comprise a maximum of 3 children.
