Hello I’m Kinga, mum of a curious cheeky little toddler and a qualified doula, pre/postnatal yoga teacher, hypnobirthing instructor and corporate well-being coach. I’m also a baby yoga and baby massage facilitator.
I have 600+hrs of training under my belt but I remain a forever student myself.
My passion lies in providing practical and emotional support at every stage through motherhood/parenthood. I am committed to helping women feel confident, calm, and strong. Through a range of services, including pregnancy and postnatal yoga, hypnobirthing, doula services, and coaching, I aim to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
My goal is to provide balanced information, ensuring you are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions and have a positive experience during childbirth and beyond.

I have a baby massage workshop on 9th February 2024 11.30-12.45 at Macclesfield Library (£15)
A 6-week baby massage course from 23rd February 2024 11.30-12.30am at Macclesfield Library (£75)

The Doula Element provides families in Cheshire with maternity support and education during pregnancy, birth and the early days and weeks with a baby.
