The Smile Group

The SMILE Group was co-founded by Natalie Nuttall and Ruth Eglin in 2011 after they both experienced PND and felt passionate about the need for parents to benefit from sustained peer support at a local level.

When we set The SMILE Group up we wanted it to be a place where families can relax and not feel judged or intimidated in any way. The group is a drop-in format and there is no pressure to attend regularly.

We invite parents to chat, drink tea and there is always a welcoming smile and an open door. We also enable mums and dads to indulge in valuable ‘me’ time with sample complementary therapy treatments to bring a sense of wellbeing.

See the Smile Group’s website for information on the weekly meet ups.
