I’m Helen and I’m an experienced Yoga Teacher based in Wilmslow.
Yoga is a holistic set of practices to support your physical, mental/emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This has never been more important than in these challenging times.
Ordinarily I teach classes in WIlmslow and Bramhall but due to the pandemic I have taken my teaching online. Although different from face-to-face classes, online classes have many benefits. You can stay in the comfort of your own home and space. It’s an opportunity to connect with like minded people and be part of a community. Online classes can provide structure to your week and give you something to look forward to.
I teach my own style of Yoga which includes Dynamic flow, Restorative or Yin style, breathing practices, Meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep, restorative relaxation). I teach in a supportive, therapeutic and fun way.

Online classes run on Tuesday Evenings 7.15-8.30, but you can also buy the recording to do in your own time. I’m also available for 1-1 sessions.
